Ryan Lee Walker is a public sector business developer, automation consultant, and Official Notion Setup Partner — one of a small number of certified partners worldwide. He helps small businesses systematize their operations through AI, automation, and better-built workflows, and he is a builder and researcher in the education space.

Growing up in Silicon Valley, Ryan came to see technology and education as the two axes that move the needle most: technology creates leverage, and when that leverage is applied to education, the returns compound for all of society. That conviction drives his long-term work — a multi-year software project reimagining how education technology can reshape institutions — and it's why he co-founded EduOps.io, which helps small businesses automate with AI while that larger vision takes shape.

Ryan's track record is grounded in execution: he has closed public sector deals, run high-performing email campaigns, and written copy that earned product pilots with schools. He holds a BBA from Loyola Marymount University and is pursuing his MBA at Georgetown University. Now based in Washington, D.C. — in Dupont Circle, minutes from the political center of the country — he consults, builds, and connects across the institutions that shape public life.

In his day-to-day work, Ryan advises small businesses referred through the Notion partner program, solving systematization, workflow, automation, and policy challenges by breaking down silos and building new technological workflows. His consulting practice focuses on sales and operations strategy.
