Ryan Lee Walker is an EdTech entrepreneur and business strategist dedicated to leveraging technology for scalable, impactful educational solutions. A Silicon Valley native, his perspective was shaped by a childhood immersed in technology and an early understanding of the entrepreneurial spirit that defines the Bay Area.
Ryan's journey began at Bellarmine College Prep, where an education rooted in social justice sparked a passion for addressing systemic challenges. This mission-driven focus guided him to Loyola Marymount University, where he studied Entrepreneurship. At LMU, Ryan prioritized real-world application, gaining experience at a Y-Combinator-backed startup and spearheading two software research projects in higher education.
His career accelerated at Fortinet, a Fortune 500 cybersecurity leader. He quickly distinguished himself by transforming a challenging territory into a top-performing region. His strategic approach led to managing over 4,000 accounts and a team of 20, covering major institutions like Harvard, MIT, and Yale. There, he merged his corporate work with his passion for education by establishing on-campus learning labs, giving students direct access to industry-leading technology.
Driven to deepen his expertise, Ryan transitioned to freelance consulting, advising technology startups on go-to-market strategy and business development. Today, he is the founder of EduOps, a training and development solution for organizations needing rapid, on-demand learning resources.
